Not to worry Psyduck. Champ De Steed is in the capable hands of a Champion of the Steeds.

Luckily, this year's BMS is a 3yo competition. I'm something like 7:0-0-1 with 2yos this year (and some of them have pretty good pedigrees).

Sluggy in Blue had a very poor start.

I've always thought Sluggy looked best in red but that's just me.

Sigh. I'm pretty sure the 8 horses that finished in front of SIB deserved disqualification.

Aboot, when you planning on starting Super Steed, not earning any points sitting in the barn.

So JO TOWN runs back to back and finishes 2nd but when I do it the horse finishes dead last. It must be the trainer.

I won b2b before, it has to be a weak field though.

OK, breeder & trainer

When Aboot finally sends that horse we'll all be in trouble.

He's going next week. I got him late and wanted to try to get him sharp. Sorry gents!

A disappointing 3rd for Champ De Steed this week, though it's enough to take the lead. Looks like it's gonna take a strong training effort to end up on top of this competition.

Go Goldsmith! Great run with Steed Hard this week.

From my personal experience I never get a first-time starter to come up as sharp unless they were just bred that week or set to train the following week.
