The results are in for week 8, the final week of the contest. 134-1 longshot Ming the Merciless was the worst of the bunch and Tartar, Joker and Psyduck were successful in picking this one. Next to last was Baby Beginnings with Npark nailing this horse. Third from last was Flameofthewest which was not selected.

Unfortunately, Shag got his pick in after the posted start time of the race. I could not verify when the official results of the race were posted, therefore, I regretfully cannot accept the selection.
